Arce Tools, a Mexican company founded in 2000, today we are 70 employees.
We offer dimensional certainty to companies in the automotive sector to ensure the geometric perfection of the entire vehicle and the correct assembly of the automotive components through the manufacturing of:
• Checking fixtures.
• "Meisterbock Cubing" for the inspection, measurement and simulation of the complete car assembly.
• Holding fixtures for the measurement of parts in car position on a Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM).
• High precision gages (Bench gages) with tolerances of +/- 1 μm for the inspection of any part of the drive train and engine system.
• Go - no go gages.
• Non-contact (optical) checking fixtures for the inspection of wheels, rims or any other part of the vehicle.
